 No FVWM?

Whoever created this poll is forgetting the fact that before KDE came along, most of us were probably using FVWM or MVM. Tut tut ...

True! In fact before coming to Linux I was using Win98 (and 3.1 and dos...). So the perfect choice in Linux was FVWM95... dear oldies :-D

I remember configuring FVWM to look as much as win95 in work so as not to raise too many eyebrows from passing managers!

...was great.
Highly customizable and easy to configure, including session management.

fvwm95 was big fun, mimicing Win95 look and allowing linux feel: virtual desktops, focus follows mouse.
MS OSes still miss these features today.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
