Nobody cares! The only thing everybody wants to know is when will KDE 4 be released? ;-)

Yeah, right

Oh yes please! If it can make it within 1 year. (I am getting a feeling that KDE 4 will be out only after march next year. :( )

 I Care

Since part of the code from 3.5 will be
obviously reused in KDE 4, better if it
has no bugs.....

Also, even if missing the feature I'm waiting for (KIO_RAR, with which only ACE
stays command line, but however unace
doen't have support for passworded files...), it has finally a nice pager,
a good automount feature, and other nice
improvements...

one such bug is I cannot get kopete to connect at all. What's with this Online -> Away options!?! few migration issues from 3.4 -> 3.5 but that's minor and not very interesting. I lost my main panel being I have it set to hide automatically and because of how it was setup in 3.4 the check box for raise when was checked. Oh well decent for a beta tho. On to the bug wizard :D

 Minor annoyances

Konqueror crashes sometimes (not more than once a day, as much) but it is pretty stable for a beta release. Not so much changes into the programs that I use though. I noticed some polishments into some plugins, a better support for integration of karamba (which I dont use at all, but...) and some minor improvements in konqueror, like the adition of a operational and not so buggy metabar (which in previous version was a pain). About kde 4.0, someone said above that most 3.5 will be reused. Well, maybe, but you miss the point that, even if that is true, before starting to code 4.0, they are porting 3.4 to qt 4, so, dont expect kde 4 to be ready untill the end of next year. And that if there arent problems. After the porting is made, then they have to start coding 4.0 specific code, so, wait sitting....

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
