An Overview about Wet Type Sand Making Machinery

KDE - Jul 12 2014
not answered
Question:Artificial sand maker is the highest technical content in the production of sand and gravel aggregate, the most difficult part. Basalt high hardness, high power index, the production process of sand making machinery into sand ratio is low, the finished product sand powder content is low, the fineness modulus is on the high side. In the wet process and dry process production has made the detailed analysis, decided to conduct dry process production of basalt. The pros and cons of wet sand crusher is as follows:1, enter the impact crusher, which is also known as sand crusher, crushing material sources for the production of wet wet material, moisture content6% impact effect of sand ratio.2, if the two screening workshop take wet screening, an increase of 200 m3 / h, water at the same time to add two sets of washing machine, which greatly increase the equipment investment and operation cost; If only two screening workshop take dry process production, must be in a sieve out the tape machine after add sieve dehydration, to ensure that the second screening workshop material sources, ensure the finished sieve through. On the premise of water supply and drainage process does not change, the system of high pool, clear water reserviors and the volume of sludge drying pool should be increased one times, and the sludge drying pool emissions from waste residue of transhipment is difficult. Completely take wet production will increase one, two corresponding screening workshop of wastewater, sewage facilities, thereby increasing the sludge drying amount of slag pool transshipment difficulty and increase the cost of production. And we also have other mining machines, such as stone crusher plant, combination operation with multiple machines, granite crusher and hammering machine and so on. If you have any other question or have an interest on our product ,you can write to us: info@sinoftm.com. granite impact crusher: http://www.fte-china.com/pro/granite_crusher.html

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
