Changelog:

----------------------------------------
4.1.0

- modified shutdowndialog
- fixed bug in analog_meter (thanks to youngmug)
- converted/compressed all files from svg to svgz

----------------------------------------
v4.0.0

- added lineedit
- modified viewitem
- modified frame and dragger
- changed busywidget (uses the default one but in white)

----------------------------------------
v3.1.0

- modified lancelot-theme (modified and updated most parts and color theme)
- modified scrollbar
- removed overlay from background and translucentbackground (theme looks better without it, i think)

------------------
v3.0.1

- modified frame- and dragger-margins (fixed cutted fonts in tabbar)

----------------------------------------
v3.0.0

- added toolbox, line, slider
- added busywidget (for now using the oxygen one)
- added overlay to background and translucentbackground
- modified systemtray and fifteenPuzzle
- many small changes at nearly all parts of the theme to fit better into plasma's specs

------------------
v2.4.2.1

- fixed bar-meter-horizontal and bar-meter-vertical (fixed size-bug)

-------------------------------
v2.4.2

- modified viewitem, dragger, extender-dragger and frame (keep consistent to the previous theme-modifications)
- modified shutdowndialog (added shadow to the background and fix button-sizes)
- removed all opaque svg's, except the shutdowndialog (Maybe i will re-add a new opaque-theme in the near future, which will look quite better than the old one. Also i hope that the kde-team will find a way to keep translucency when composition is turned off)

-------------------------------
v2.4.1

- modified background, dialog-background, tooltip, krunner, lancelot-background and panel (more decent shadow and smaller borders to reach more space-saving)

----------------------------------------
v2.4.0

- modified panel-background (a little bit polished and better support for thin panels)

 Nice theme

Hi painkiller,

at first i have to say, i realy like your theme. It's one of the reasons i decided to use KDE4 more then one day in a row. ;)

Is it possible to get the panelbackground from version 2.4.0? The grafik from version 2.4.1 is a bit to transparent in my mind.

Thx

Thank you for your comment!

For now i have to say that i will be as it is, because it more consistent to the rest of the theme.

But if you want to use the panel-background of v2.4.0, then you can download it here:
http://www.wochenendkommune.org/kde-look/panel-background.svg

Just put it into $HOME/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/Glassified/widgets, clear the cache and restart plasma.

I hope it will help you a bit and you're not too disapointed at the moment.

Thank you again for your feedback!

I like the new borders. They're compact but at the same time add depth. (btw, didn't you purposely make the task panel border thicker before?) Thanks for the updates.

Hi and thank you for your comment!

You're right. Before i've made the borders thicker, because of aesthetic reasons. But since I also use a netbook, I've started to re-think because I know how important space-saving is now.

On the other hand I want a good conclusion between both situations (high and low resolutions) and that's sometimes not so easy. Primarily if you have to look at new changes in plasma and it's behaviour.

Thanks again for using my theme and giving some feedback :-)

 Missing panel !

Hi,

nice theme. I've just tested the new version but I got a problem. My second panel (at the right of the screen) disappears when I select "Glassified".

Everything works fine if I use an other theme or if I disable desktop effects.

I'm running the last "instable" version of Debian KDE 4.1...

First of all: Thank you for your comment!

Second: I can't confirm this situation here on openSUSE 11.1 with KDE 4.2.

This theme is optimized for 4.2, so i guess it could be the problem that you use 4.1, in which plasma works a little bit different with themes.

 Broken progress bars?

Hi,

I upgraded to the latest version of your theme today and found the Disk Space applet broken, which worked perfectly before:

http://imagebin.ca/view/c4Xh9zoy.html

Could this be caused by your theme?

Greets,
Andreas

Thank you for reporting this!

Unfortunately it was my fault, because i used the wrong files. I've updated it again with the correct ones.

Sorry for this bug and thank you again for your support!

Wow, that was really quick!

Are you sure you updated not only the version number but also the file? KDE plasma theme updater shows no updates and a manually downloaded, extracted and copied archive still has the broken bars.

I appreciate your work very much, your Glassified theme makes KDE4 by far the most attractive GUI of any operating system so far!

Now it should work with the actualisation-option by using desktop settings.
After that just change and re-change your desktop theme and it will work.

Thank you for your nice words.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
