Description:

I tried dark themes, because they looked cool, but they didn't cut it for me. Then Edge came to be.

Thank you all for the downloads and the kind comments and votes!

Should anything go wrong, ask! If you like it, please leave a comment.

Installation: Extract the tarball to your home folder then see the readme file for detailed instructions on applying the theme.

Changelog:

Dec 24, 2007: 1px window borders; square bottom corners; smaller window frame buttons; glossy black and thinner Kicker; updated README; redone tarball.

Oct 11, 2007: Updated README; Redone tarball; Switched window decoration to Crystal, following a suggestion by usrkl - Thanks!

Oct 11, 2007: Added a README file with detailed installation instructions

Oct 4, 2007: Initial release

Superior to the default KDE style, although I prefer different styles (non-blue) like code2's KORE.

First of all, thanks for your comment!

This depends on a number of things... first, I have yet to finish the merge, fix some names and move some icons around; but I'm a little busy this week, so that'll probably have to wait a bit. Second, I'd have to ask for Everaldo's permission. Third, I'd have to find some host for the tarball...

I'll see what I can do.

Thanks!

Alright, now I have to find time to finish the merge (that should be about next Tuesday) and get Everaldo's permission...

The style in those screenshots is Domino not Polyester. You do mention the Domino style setting further down, but why is polyester mentioned at all?

I do use Domino for the widget styles, but the window decoration is Polyester - Domino for Kwin isn't as glossy as I wanted... ;)

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
