Description:

It’s a pleasure to say that, after long months waiting, the new version of the Crystal icon set is available for the public.
The Icons were already finalized about six months ago. In fact, it was necessary to bend the time, almost like the mythological battle between Zeus and Kronos, so then I could finally finish the the website redesign and launch the new set of icons.
Uncountable hours of work and some nights without sleeping were dedicated to this project. I hope you guys enjoy the final result.

It’s always a pleasure to serve you ;-)

ps. the theme style is just a Mockup.

Changelog:

I'll update Crystal Project for KD4 as soon it's possible.
Unfortunatelly I have a lot of things to do and not a lot of time (work, study, etc). So, please be patient.

I'm also working in a new theme that will be called Matte.

Keep in touch. ;-)

 Great, but...

This is one of the greatest icon themes for KDE yet in my opinion, but it has one major problem: The Linspire "L" appears as the loading graphic in Konqueror. This should be fixed.

In the meantime, does anyone know how I can remove that annoying L?

 They are too good

I hate these icons, now I can't choose between oxygen and these ones.

I don't like the firefox icon, but I love folder icons. Most of other icons in preview are above average.

My solution a mix between oxygen and crystal. But folders are good in oxygen too, so I can't choose what to put in the mix :S

You know, it says "Crystal Projet" in the theme file, instead of "Crystal Project". Small typo.

 Great work!

I love it. It's truly amazing. My only beef is that the hidden folders look the same as the regular ones. I was hoping for a translucent effect. Again, awesome work!

You can have any effect that you want, including translucency. KControl->Appearance&Themes->Icons->Advanced

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
