Description:

This is the KDE iconset for GANT, the amazing icons created by the artist Paul Davey aka mattahan on deviantart. All rights reserved. This is my first theme, so I welcome any and all criticism and suggestions!

*note: you may need to change the file extension to .tar.gz! Darn deviantart

The build script depends on 'convert', which is part of ImageMagick.

To install this set:
1. download the zip file
2. extract the zip file
3. cd into the GANT folder
4. open a terminal there
5. run ./buildset
6. get a beer
7. Install the icon theme in KDE Control Panel
8. Enjoy

Please! Tell me when there's icons missing! :)

Changelog:

4/21/2007
0.2 relesaed, Added some icons, namely kopete and some apps (full changelog in the file)
6/12/2007
0.3 released, much more complete this time.

License:
This iconset is made freely available for personal use but may not be used commercially without contacting and receiving permission from mattahan himself.

The look and feel is pretty interesting. I'm not usually into the "cartoonish" looking icons, but there is something neat about these.

Do you have any plans to add a mozilla-thunderbird icon?

 Thunderbird Icon

Well, remember that I didn't make these, I'm just the organizer! But Mattahan made hundreds and hundreds and I'm sure there's a thunderbird icon. It will be easier if you send requests via email (my email's in the README).

well, the icons theme is really good and I thank you.
Only a little weird think.
When I download the iconpack it comes
like that:
GANT_for_KDE_by_Shirakawasuna.html

(Opera 9.2, Slack 11)

i renamed the file in tar.gz and everything works fine, just for information.

bye

don't be agnostic, be something.

It seems that that's just what Opera does with deviantart download links. Try changing the file suffix.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
