Description:

The same animated cursors as in my 'Golden Xcursors 3D' theme, but this time rendered in Silver.
Some People requested this.

Installation:

Copy the two folders 'Silver' and 'default' to your ~/.icons directory and
restart your X-Server.

If you want to have bigger cursors, you have to create an .Xdefaults file
in your home directory and insert the following two lines:

Xcursor.theme: Silver
Xcursor.size: 48

The default size is 32.

That's it!

Note: If the animations are flickering on your nvidia card with the latest
driver, add the following line to your XF86Config file, into the nvidia
device section, to fix it:

Option "HWCursor" "off"

Changelog:

0.4:
- added pirate
- a little less animation (requested)

0.3:
- added smaller size
- modified text-cursor
- added some symlinks

0.2:
- added 'fleur'
- slightly changes on some cursors
- added some symlinks

I really liked the Gold Cursor but I find this one much less distracting (but still damn good looking!!).

Thanks again.

Thanks for the silver. I have never seen a cursor set like this. I wish to echo the reuqest for those who have asked for a smaller set...the pointers just seem a bit too big...however the design is just right.

This is greeeaat!

And for me the big cursors is a good thing because of my laptop (the LCD display makes it hard to see the legacy X pointer).

BTW, the hand pointer didn't please me a lot until I saw it acting.
Now I got a stupid smile on my face ;)

Gold cursor was fantastic, this I think is better, but I wanna know if it is possible to scale'em down a little bit.

Great work!

Yes scaling them down would be nice. Also changing the text currsor to a solid color would be helpfull. On a dark background when I am modifing text I can't see the cursor.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
