servicemenu-pdf for KDE3 looks like handy.
Howewer when i choose "Convert PDF to Text" from Konqui-3.5.10 it produces a text <file> with a .ps extension. Have tested this on a few, small to big PDF files.

I'm sorry but it's ok for me.
Can you explain what you do?
(pdf filename, and option of service menu you used)

i.e.
Filename: aaa.pdf
Action: convert to text -> All pages -> ...

Thank you very much.

This is an awesome service menu. I work a lot with PDFs and this gives me much faster access to many of the functions I use regularly. Say goodbye to hackish bash scripts! :)

Thanks a lot for this tool.

Hello
This is the most useful ServiceMenu I've ever seen.
Would it be possible to put all the services within a sub-menu? For example, the sub menu PDF in "Actions".
Thank you very much.

 Error when running

by mdhirsch on: Feb 28 2011

Score 50%

The "convert to booklet" looks like just what I want, but I get an error when I run it on kubuntu 10.10:

pdfnup ERROR: the --pages option is not allowed,
see 'pdfjam --help' or http://go.warwick.ac.uk/pdfjam
for page selection examples

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Michael

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
