Well we are working really hard on version 0.5 and we came up with some idea yesterday on moving your apps and organize them how ever you want.

Since the kbfx 0.5 is going to be customable we thougt on this idea with small animation.

Look at the Screenshot 2 the black one for some reason and feel free on what you think if this is good way to organize your apps.

****************************************
We have opened our homepage WWW.KBFX.ORG
You can easily get help there about kbfx.
Please vote on our homepage for this
mockup as it will be probably V0.5.

Welcome to the KBFX.ORG

TO ALL PEOPLE!

Many of you complain that this theme is too much looking to windows and i agree.
I've made it like that because siraj (kbfx developer) did kbfx vista theme..

KBFX MENU will be themeable which means if you want flower and birds insted you can make it. This is just one of the themes and i will make much more of them when this kbfx menu is finished.

I have made a setting menu now also where you can look at it at screenshot 2 and screenshot 3.

We have also now registered domain name KBFX.ORG and we are for now developing our homepage..

I hope that you like the idea with this menu.. See YA!

I think that looks really good, It'd be great if you could implement it for real. Other than the windows taskbar, that is.

If you could create a menu that was just like what you have, but then have it be customizable, with maybe tabs at the top or sides to jump to different groups, like settings, konqueror profiles, etc. But that should be the menu replacement.

why not make it a full-screen interface? its big now, but still a menu. why not make it 800x600 or 1024x768 (depending on resolution)? ppl use it as if it was fullscreen anyway... ditch the 'menu' system and make it an application launcher, what it should have been anyway ;-)

But IMHO this looks a little too much as a windows-rip to me!!

I never stop to amaze about the advanced features in the human bodys's simplicity.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
