Description:

Well this was the result of one of the most fun works i did. i did it with Robert Wadley and all of the 800 icons are made by him or me.
Couse the icon theme was supposed to be compatible with the current kde icon theme, we based much of our work on the current kde theme. So big thanks to Everaldo Colelho, Keneth Wimer, David Vignoni, Danny Allen, Jan Holesovsky, and many other i cant remember. sory :(. One of the most interesting things we did in this subicon set was the creation of a base.svg that is no more than a gradient palette, witch worked very nicely for a multiple guys work thing.
I suply 32x32, 22x22, 16x16, png versions and the source svg files. in case you guys nead any other size. please mail me at nuno.pinheiro (in) kdemail.net. This icons can already be found in some buids of oo.o. (don't ask me how to install them i don't know :) I'm still much of a linux newbie)
Make the most use of them and stay free :).

Currently I'm working on a new theme of icons with the great master David Vignoni, i hope to do this theme again in this new exyting joob it is oxygen, oxygen is so much more than just a plain icon theme, stay tuned ;).

 Great Icons for OOo

 by pm141 on: Nov 22 2005

Score 50%

These are terrific. Well done. I like the crystal look very much, and am hoping for a few more to fill the set:
data-first, data-last, data-previous, data-next
form-date-field [or a "date/calendar" icon]
fullscreen
graphics-align-bottom. graphics-align-left, etc
insert-applet, insert-ole
"slide" icons eg 'slide-show"
open
linepen
fax or send-fax
thesuarus
group, and ungroup

Will there be a follow-up with more icons for OOo?

Anyone know how to get in touch with Nuno Pinheiro? I would love to get in contact with Nuno, on behalf of users of NeoOffice, the OS X-native version of OpenOffice.org. I've tried through here, and at nf.pinheiro@gmail.com, and had no answer. If someone could let him know my email at pmitch@ozemail.com.au, I'd appreciate it.

Hi. I should have mentioned that N P eventually picked up this message and contacted me, so I was happily able to get the information I needed. PS I realised later it wasn't smart to put an email address out there, but no harm has been done. Scammers don't visit kde-look

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
