I installed the TubeClock. I see the frame but the time doesn't show up. Do I need to configure it somehow?

I'm using just plain karamba that comes with SuSE 9.0. Tried installing superkaramba but it was too much of a hassle.

For some reason this theme never actually opens for me. I'm running KDE 3.1.4 on Slackware 9.1, and have had no problems running a dozen other SuperKaramba/Karamba themes.

You know you're using a good operating system when one of the built-in features is to display a dirty limerick everytime you log on.

Right Click on the clock, choose Edit,
choose Edit Script

replace /bin/date +%H:%M
with /bin/date +%I:%M

Looks really classic and it also is synchronised properly with the system time (not the case for all clock-apps).

I installed the TubeClock. I see the frame but the time doesn't show up. Do I need to configure it somehow? I'm using just plain karamba that comes with SuSE 9.0. Tried installing superkaramba but it was too much of a hassle.

Yes you can, same as for the original TubeClock. Right Click on the clock, choose Edit, choose Edit Script replace /bin/date +%H:%M with /bin/date +%I:%M
