Quarticurve-KWin is an unofficial port of Red Hat's Bluecurve KWin theme (taken out of redhat-artwork 7.0.0) to KDE 4 (3.96 or higher). This port is NOT endorsed or supported by Red Hat.

Beta 4:
* Fixed title bar not being drawn with Qt 4.4.
* Fixed the context help button having no effect.
* Fixed the project file to detect the correct KDE 4 application data (apps) directory also on distributions using e.g. /usr/share/kde4/apps (such as Fedora).

Beta 3:
* Updated to current KDE 4 releases (should work with 3.96 and higher).

Beta 2:
* Updated the patch for upstream bug #242840 to match the one applied to the upstream KDE 3 version.

Beta 1:
* First public release. See the changelog in the source tarball for the full list of changes from Bluecurve.

I'll try to create a gentoo ebuild for it

I know this probably doesn't build with KDE >=3.94.0 because libkdefx has been removed. However, unfortunately, I don't have kdebase-workspace set up right now (we're only packaging the development platform in Fedora at the moment), so I don't have a KDE 4 libkdecorations to build/test this against. If someone can provide a tested patch to port this to qimageblitz, that would be nice, otherwise it will have to wait until I get things set up to do the port.

This and other porting issues should be fixed now in beta 3, so it should work with current KDE 4 again.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
