A gray day

I find this theme very relaxing, I got some inspiration from "thinking about blue (gray)"

The icons are colourised with gray, but not all the way. It doesn't save that so you have to turn down the colouriseing manualy.
Just click Icons->Advanced->All Icons->Set Effect
I like to have Default like in screenshot2 and Active on No Effect, but that is a tast mather.

This is all made with Xgl activated, so I don't know if everything looks the same without Compiz.

You will have to add the background image yourself (legal resons), The theme looks very flat and gray before the bkg img and the colourize effect is chanced.
