 Looks awesome!

I really like it, looks slick and elegant! However there is a typo in 1024x768.cfg - images/silent-1024*768.png instead of images/silent-1024x768.png

 Package in the AUR

I made this nice theme available via http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=38751
Do you want to take over? And maybe you could add 1280x800 and 1440x900 so we would get the backgrounds on some wide screens too?

Thank you for your work and for your feedback!
I have no any experience in maintaining packages in AUR, but I can try ;)

As for other screen sizes, I will add them today in few hours or tomorrow.
If we decide something about AUR package, I will update that package to.

P.S. Sorry for so late reply.

It's a very simple package. So 'maintenance' would just mean
* Change the version number in the PKGBUILD file
* Run 'makepkg -g >>PKGBUILD' to add a new checksum
* Remove the old checksum
* Run 'makepkg --source' to get a src.tar.gz
* Upload that to the AUR ('Submit' button)
I think it's just a matter of who knows first when a new version appears here. :) If you want to try, get an AUR account and send me a pm to arrange the handover.

 1365x768 should be 1366x768

There's no such screen resolution as 1365x768. You're missing a horizontal pixel. :)

You should add some installation description for such lames, like I. Can't figure out, what to do with that.

To install this theme, you just need to unpack archive to /etc/splash/ folder (can be different on distribution other than archlinux) and then edit your /etc/conf.d/splash and /boot/grub/menu.lst.

Of course, you need fbsplash installed first ;)

If you're using Archlinux, you can install package from AUR.
In this case, though, you still need to edit your fbsplash configuration files manually.
See how to do this on archlinux wiki

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
