This is an modified Tango-like icon theme made for KDE. It is called openSuSE Tango, because i made it on openSuSE box and it has SuSE throbber for Konqueror @ 22x22 (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/SuSE+Throbber?content=68800)
It doesn't aiming to be full KDE icon theme but it's almost complete (maybe in some of the next versions). It contains over 5 000 icons ;)

This Theme is modified and merged between the defaults icon themes which are coming with openSuSE: Tango theme & the default GNOME theme, and the others from which i took the ideas: KDE-mod-Tango-icons by manowarlord (http://www.kde-look.org/usermanager/search.php?username=manowarlord)
and Glaze by mart (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Glaze?content=23966) from which i took some mimetypes.

-The most easy way :)
* Open the KDE-Menu and start the Control Center
* Click on "Appearance & Themes" and "Icons"
* Browse to the location of the new icon theme by clicking the small folder button
* Click on "Install New Theme" to add the new icons
* Click "Apply"
* Have fun! :-)

-A little bit hard way
* Extract the tarball into the /home/$USER/.kde/share/icons
or into
/usr/share/icons (like root)
*Then open Control Center and uder the "Appearance & Themes" menu Find the Icons menu and select openSuSE Tango theme and click apply :P

Have fun & N'joy

Initial public beta release.

So, you "made" this theme on openSuSE... I can tell you exactly what you did:

1. Got a very old version of the KDEmod tango icon theme
2. Got the glaze icons
3. Got some other tango icons
4. Got the new throbber
5. Copied the mimetypes from glaze and the new throbber into the KDEmod theme and replaced some tango icons
6. Renamed this mess
7. Gave this mess a new version scheme

So, what can we expect in the future? Someone changes the kmenu icon in a theme, renames it, increases the version number and calls it "my super blinky 5000 theme" or what??

Any chance you could update this theme by adding the new icons from bc tango 0.7? Like kontact ones etc.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
 Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
 I do not like some of the changes.
 KDE is taking the wrong way.
 I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
 I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
