SUSE-Polyester KBFX

Kbfx Theme

Updated:  Jul 21 2006

Description:

Meant to be a simple KBFX menu to compliment the SUSE Windeco and Polyester(Polymer) style.

BTW the button I use is Revaline's 'Launch Menu for KBFX' (under Content Type "Other" for those searching) at http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=26857

Oh yeah, the lock icon comes from suslik's 'Plastik theme for YaKuake' at http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=33676

Changelog:

07/11/06 - Updated font colors (and screenshot to match).

07/21/06 - Updated dudebox.png graphic (the box around the icon that represents you), old one was too small, sorry. Also uploaded a new screenshot to show font color changes and new dudbox.

Very nice and clean theme. But inactive group font becomes invisible with polyester emerald colors. GroupText=0,0,0 in kbxfontrc fixes this trouble, of course.

Would you be willing to port this to KBFX silk?

I'd be happy to give it a try, but I no longer use Kbfx so I may not get it right to start with. I'll post an update/port soon and people can comment on what, if anything, isn't working.

I did GPL the original work so if anyone else would like to work on it feel free.

I'm actually having trouble installing kbfx so the port to silk won't be coming until I have a few moment to work out what's up with that (problem installing kbfx side-by-side with kickoff?).

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
