Can you prove that this is your work? This image was submitted on June 4th, while yours was submitted June 13th - 9 days later. Can you prove that you are the original author of this image?

Exactly where was it released? Can you provide a link, or some other reference, please?

If it's true, I would also ask this poster to remove the image for legality reasons. However, some proof is required.

Ignore him. He claims that this image is an original creation of his, made in various applications. The content can be verified as not his own work, but of that of a real place.

How can it be verified a real place?

--> If you compare the pictures closely, there's 3 different versions of the wallpaper from various's people's websites. so the version on kde-look now is the fourth version.

http://dev.gentoo.org/~rane/other/wallpaper/

--> This person stored the picture in 5/2007 as nightfear, before this wallpaper was submitted.

This is not legal, undeniable proof, but the above gives paninaro, not this user, more believability.
