Description:

This is a dark color scheme I came up with, with a touch of turquoise.

I also added my qtcurve settings for anyone using qtcurve who wants to try out my settings.

To import the color scheme, you can right click the link for it, and select save as "leigh.kcsrc". Then open up kcontrol, colors, and then Import, leigh.kcsrc

If your using qtcurve, and want to import my settings, you can right click the link for it, and select save as "leigh.qtcurve". Then open up kcontrol, Style, Configure, Options, and then Import, leigh.qtcurve

For anyone curious, here's the transparency settings I'm using...

Kcontrol, Style, and Effects
The "Enable GUI Effects" box is selected. Then ...
Conbobox effect = Disable
Tool tip effect = Disable
Rubberband effect = Make translucent
Menu effect = Make translucent
Menu tear-off handles = Disable
Then enable "Menu drop shadow"
menu translucency type: = Software Blend
I have the opacity set to 75 percent.

Also under Panels, Appearence tab, panel backround, I have "enable trancparency" checked. Then, under Advanced options, I have the tint color set to black, and the tint amount set all the way to the min side. Then the "Also apply to panel with menu bar" is selected.

Under Window Decorations, Shadows, I'm using 70 percent opacity under both active and inactive windows, and I'm offsetting by 10 pixels.

There's more info about the colors in my urxvt, conky, kde konsole, and moc music player, in my blog post at...

http://my.opera.com/allisonleigh/blog/linux-fonts-and-the-new-year

Just hoping to benift others from all the tweaking I did. : )

Thanks. The theme style is qtcurve, with polyester window decorations. I thought the combination was rather elegant looking.

I was curious about karamba since you mentioned it, but I've never used it. I think qtcurve is one of the more cunstomizable themes out there, while at the same time, helping to keep a uniform look between qt and gtk apps.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
