Description:

Dolphin
Proposal for the \'Show in Groups\' view

Idea I:
When you have activated the show in groups view, it takes a long time to scroll to the letter you are looking for.
It would be much faster and efficient when you have the option to select the letter directly. The proposal is a folder view on the top part of the file window, where you can select the letter directly.

Idea II:
Sorry that this is comming from windows but I prefer the way how the files are shown in \'list\' view option, because you can read the filename easily and you can see much more files without scrolling.

I would like to see this view option in dolphin generally, too.

you can use keys in list or in smbol mode, filter, tree surcture for folders..

strg + t you have tabs + you can split the view in tabs -> it is too many

Brilliant ... cool!
I have discussed your idea on my blog:

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
