Description:

Carbon is a plasma theme inspired by the idea from carbon bodywork.

Features:

4.2 compatible.
4.3 ready with extra themed elements (Plasma toolbox, Viewitems, systray separator)
Almost all of the elements are new to suit the theme.
A KDE colour scheme to match.
Lancelot Launcher themed.

Notes:

4.2 users should be aware that it's cache has problems when switching theme.

Delete cache files in ~/.kde/cache-"myhostname" and /kpc. Restarting plasma or KDE maybe required if elements don't theme.

Installation:

Download from within KDE (via "New Theme...) in Desktop Settings.

You can unpack the theme to ~/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme.

Install the colour scheme file if you want it (Carbon.colors) to ~/.kde/share/apps/color-schemes.

Desktop Effects:

The panel/tooltips are translucent and you'll get shadows around the widget backgrounds when in the panel.

Extra:

Aller Sans Font:

Changelog:

- Added 1920x1200 wallpaper.

- Fixed Microblogging text colour.

1.2:

Better shutdown dialog.
Added some missing configuration icons for 4.3.
Made calendar holidays more visible( turquoise and light green may seem similar to some people)

1.3:

-Tweaks to the tasks.
These tweaks help the tasks when being used as rows(thinner) and there is a fine line between making them look good, to being usable. Normal and focused tasks are more different from each other and with more contrast.

- Darker text for better contrast.

1.4:

10% more translucency for the panel.
Matching transclucent tooltips.
Added some more Lancelot elements.
Normal, focused and minimized tasks look consistent
Slightly darker text.
Updated screenshots.

1.4.1:

Small update to polish.

-New analog temperature meters(got my own temps working to update them better)

ViewItem updated to look more consistent(i.e mouse over effect and click in the Folder View)
- Update second screenshot to show the new meter.
