 More functionality

It indeed should have the function that if you click on a date there you should have the ability to add events for that date.

Events (like you show them above the calendar) should be shown more clear.

This way we'll go to more integration of applications of KDE

 Akonadi

This is exactly the sort of thing that will be addressed by the Akonadi project, from what I understand.

Akonadi is a backend for KDE email/pim/addressbook/calendaring that will allow any app to interface with all that data without loading a full instance of kontact/kmail/etc.

For more info: http://pim.kde.org/akonadi/

or this audio interview:

a very handy feature would be if the calendar would provide an easy way to get the number of days between two dates

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
