Description:

There are 2 Kbfx buttons, one for normal and one that's for hover. My first contribution :) Lemme know whatcha think, thanks.

Changelog:

Added a second version of the same thing, just a bit lighter than shown in the screenshots (there you go Matt ;)
It's in the same tar file, but as 2 separate folders.

Added charcoal menu button and kicker background image (both are for kicker height of 48px.)

Since, I haven't figured out how to do separate downloads for each of the buttons, I lumped them all together... hopefully that's not a problem.

Added kicker background images.

Well, obviously, you will need Kbfx applet running, then it's a matter of dragging the image onto the applet. Kbfx should do the rest.

Unfortunately, on my system the 'glow effect' doesn't seem to work with the latest version of Kbfx (neither does drag n drop), so I had to open Control Center >> Appearance & Themes >> Kbfx Applet and manually add the images to the paths within Kbfx applet. I put the path to the darker image in the 'Normal Pixmap' field , then I put the path to the brighter image in the 'Hover Pixmap' and 'Pressed Pixmap' fields. Hit 'Apply', bingo. Hope this helps.

Fixed it.. Could'nt do it the way you described as KBFX is not in my apperance and themes dialog so I edited the config manually like tis.

default_skin=/home/jason/.kbfx/bartheme/kbfx-klogo-blue.png
fx_on=true
hover_skin=/home/jason/.kbfx/bartheme/kbfx-klogo-blue-hover.png
kbfxbar_theme=
kicker_auto_ajust=true
pressed_skin=/home/jason/.kbfx/bartheme/kbfx-klogo-blue.png

You can get that at http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=16261

From the description:
If you install, be sure to right click on the panel, remove the old taskbar applet, and add taskbar v2. Advanced configuration options can be access through clicking on the applet handle on the right side.

Once in 'advanced' check the 'use window background color for text'.

I was also getting a PHP error when trying to download, I don't know why. So I lumped all the buttons into their own folders and then made a tar out of that.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
 It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
 Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
 Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
 Gnome 3 default shell is much better
 I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
 None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
