Description:

This package contains the "Art of Cappuccino" full Theme for Linux, created by me, composed of:

- Desktop Wallpapers
- Gnome Panel Patterns and Logos
- Nautilus Patterns
- Two Avant Window Navigator Themes
- GDM Themes
- Gnome Theme Manager Theme
- Art Of Cappuccino Murrina
- Art Of Cappuccino Emerald Theme
- Beryl / Compiz Fusion CubeCap
- Beryl / Compiz Fusion Skydome
- Art Of Kappuccino KDE Combination

You may prefer to have a look in Gnome look, kde look and beryl themes for Art of Cappuccino and you'll find every single file alone, if you don't want to download this full set. You can also visit my Home Page and download each file one by one, they're collected all together for you to easily browse them.

Art of Kappuccino (With the staring "K") is a KDE version of this theme and it's designed to make all apps look the same even if you use KDE apps into Gnome often. You'll need to install QTCurve for this to work.

The Art of Cappuccino Theme aims to bring you the peaceful and nice feeling of having a Cappuccino in a tranquil and elegant Bar, plus it will summon in your mind the pleasure of an artistically prepared Cappuccino Cup. I don't know if you ever came across one of those bar where a Cup of Cappuccino is not just a quick bar prepared beverage but a real piece of Art... I did and am pleased of it.

This Theme exists thanks to an inspiration given by the always great and wonderful Light Coffee Theme (http://szerencsefia.googlepages.com/)by szerencsefia. I found this theme the most lovely ever created for Linux and then created one of my own to modify and expand that feeling of peace and serenity.

Art Of Cappuccino is entirely designed by me, is not a copy of anything and its original artwork. You can download, modify and o whatever you whant with this. See License.

Visit my website for further instructions and a comprehensive list of my works (The link is right under my username and picture).

Programs used to create this Theme were only opensource and in particular:

- The Gimp
- Delineate (To convert bitmap files to vectorial format)
- Inkscape (To work with vectorial graphics)
- Evolvotron (To create nice fractal backgrounds)
- gdmthemetester
- agave (For nice color matching)

Changelog:

I updated the contests of this package. Actually the only update is an added Color Scheme for KDE, sorry but I forgot to put it into the package. So if you downloaded this entire package you may prefer to simply follow this link and download your missing Color Scheme :D Enjoy.

 Nice, but...

...shouldn't it be submitted to gnome-look.org? It doesn't seem very relevant for KDE users

Hi, it's submitted in Gnome Look too but this works and is designed for KDE too, you can find in the package a KDE Color scheme and even a QTCurve, for this purpose. Then again, I posted the entire package on opendesktop.org so it applies to any Linux and Open Desktop in general, be it XFCE, Gnome or KDE :D
Do you agree now?

So sorry, I stand corrected. Now that I read through your decription again I see that I read it rather carelessly the first time. Now that I know it works for KDE, I'll definately have to try it!

I'm going to get this one for my laptop. Great work!
Just a question, how did you take that screenshot of Shift Switcher? I can't seem to get mine to do that. :)

Hm... not sure I got what you mean. I used Gimp, setted it to take a screenshot after 10 seconda and then started the plugin. Did it solve your problem?
And thanks for the compliments :)

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
