Description:

classic layout for amarok 2

created not because i'm fed up with new layouts but for pure functionality that the old one provided when updating id3 tags..

installation: just copy xml file to ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/playlist_layouts; and it's good to set playlist sorting to directory / file name

I tried to create something similar myself
once....

I failed miserably, I gave up, so thx!

It actually gives a little amarok 1 feeling
to the playlist!

you're welcome ;)

in amarok 2.2 the layout editor is more intuitive.. nevertheless it took me a while to find out how to order files the way i wanted ;)

I tried on amarok 2.2.2, but didn't work. Was I supposed to do something else than just copying the file to the given folder?

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
